I have begun a series of working papers which present formalizations and extensions of the concepts outlined in the Optimizing Data-to-Learning-to-Action book. These working papers are designed for feedback and collaboration, and will ultimately serve as a basis for a book with the working title of “The Economics of Learning” that is more formalized and is more specifically focused on the field of economics.
